UK Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48® — a reliable, fully tracked service trusted nationwide.

Standard Tracked Delivery – £3.50

  • Delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

  • You’ll receive your tracking link via email once shipped.

  • Signature not required.

All orders are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment base and packaged securely to protect your products in transit.

 


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update after being scanned by Royal Mail.

 


International Shipping

We’re proud to ship worldwide so you can experience Elite Beauty wherever you are.

International Delivery – via FedEx (Fully Tracked)

  • Delivery times vary depending on your country — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • All services are fully tracked, with updates provided via email.

  • A signature is required upon delivery. FedEx may obtain this from someone at your address or a trusted neighbour/building manager.

  • All EU customs charges are automatically covered by Elite Beauty — no hidden fees on arrival.

  • Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

We are committed to expanding access to Elite Beauty globally, with fast, reliable international delivery that meets our quality standards.

 


Missed Deliveries or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being uncollected:

  • You may request for it to be resent (a new shipping fee will apply).

  • If you prefer a refund, a 20% administration and restocking fee will be deducted, along with the original shipping cost.

Please double-check your address before checkout to avoid delays.

 


Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by Royal Mail or FedEx, Elite Beauty cannot be held liable for lost or stolen parcels.
If you believe your parcel is missing or misdelivered, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
