Return & Exchange policies
At Elite Beauty, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and service. Due to the nature of our products and in line with hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on items simply due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer wanted. We kindly ask that you review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange, provided the issue is reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- You must provide us with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- A copy or image of the original invoice slip must be included.
Please contact us with the required information. Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or investigations without these documents.
Handcrafted Lash Disclaimer
All Elite Beauty lashes are handmade, which means there may be slight variations between each set. These differences do not constitute a fault but are part of the handcrafted quality and individuality of each lash.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank.
- If unresolved, contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed for the same product, please contact us first to arrange the process.
Uncollected or Returned Deliveries
If your parcel is uncollected or returned to us due to failed delivery:
- You may request for it to be re-shipped. Standard postage charges will apply.
- If you choose not to have the item re-shipped and prefer a refund, a 20% administration.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to amend shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional postage costs to re-send the order.
International Returns
For orders returned from outside the UK:
- Do not use courier services that may apply customs charges.
We will not accept parcels that incur customs fees. If these charges are applied, the amount will either be deducted from your refund or the parcel will be refused.
